TYRELL, VIVIAN – Peacefully and surrounded by her family on Thursday January 19, 2012 at Hospice Cornwall. Vivian Thoie (Laplante) Tyrell of Cornwall; age 81 years. Beloved wife of the late James Tyrell and by a previous marriage, the late Allen Tyo. Cherished mother of Cathy Tyo ( T Jones) of Edmonton, Alberta and Sandy Marion (Claude) of Cornwall. Predeceased by her son Ricky Tyo. Proud grandmother of Steven Marion (Lee-Ann) and Tanya Thaw (Lorne) and great-grandmother of Marissa Marion, Keegan and Teeya Thaw. Fondly remembered by her sister Daphne Green (Wes) of Florida U.S.A. and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Percy Laplante and Delia Hance , four sisters Elaine Ruff, Dorothy Allen, Rita Mihychuck and Marguerite Ryder, and one brother Francis Laplante. Cremation. Arrangements under the care and direction of Lahaie and Sullivan, Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). A private service will be held at a later date.
